What your request may concern
- Diagnosis of a problem in an existing planting — symptoms, causes, order of action.
- Assessment of a plot before planting — soil, water, climate, suitability of the crop.
- Design of a new planting — cultivars, rootstocks, distances, training and support system.
- A nutrition programme based on soil and water analysis.
- A plant protection programme adapted to the area and to the crop.
- A second opinion on a proposal or programme you have already received.
- Annual monitoring of a planting with regular visits.
How the process works
- You submit the requestYou fill in the form below, in as much detail as you can. The more information you give, the more accurate the assessment.
- The scope is assessedWe examine what your question actually requires: whether a written answer is enough, whether analyses are needed, whether an on-site visit is necessary.
- You receive an offerYou are sent a written offer with the scope, the deliverable, the delivery time and the fee. Up to this point there is no financial commitment on your part.
- You accept or you do notIf the offer does not suit you, the matter ends there at no charge.
- An invoice for services is issuedOn acceptance, a proper invoice is issued to the details you provide.
- The service is delivered after paymentThe written opinion or the visit takes place after the invoice has been settled.

Terms and clarifications

| Limits of remote assessment | A written opinion is based solely on the information you declare. Some problems cannot be diagnosed without on-site examination or laboratory analysis. In those cases this is stated explicitly in the offer. |
| Plant protection products | Any recommendation concerns only products approved by the competent authority of the country of use for the particular crop, at the approved rates and with the prescribed safety intervals. For holdings in Greece these are the approvals of the Greek Ministry of Rural Development and Food; Greek approvals do not apply in other countries. Final responsibility for application rests with the user. |
| Confidentiality | The details of your holding are not disclosed to third parties and are not used in publications without your written consent. |
The advice provided constitutes an agronomic assessment based on the available information and does not guarantee any particular production outcome. Agricultural production is affected by factors outside the adviser's control, such as the weather.
Any spray applied to trees carrying fruit involves a risk of fruit marking and leaf burn. A prior trial on a limited number of trees is required before general application.
